We built the Something From Home Rewards Programme around a simple idea: loyalty should be worth something.

We love welcoming new customers, but rather than reserving our best value for someone’s very first order, we prefer to reward the people who choose to come back and shop with us again.

How the Rewards Programme works

The programme is free to join. You earn points as you shop, and those points can be turned into rewards. Depending on your activity in the programme, benefits can include savings of up to 10%, a welcome reward and birthday rewards.

Whether you shop online or in store, the aim is the same: the longer the relationship, the more opportunity there is to be rewarded.

Why don’t we offer a first-order discount?

First-order promotions are common, but they are not how we want to build Something From Home. We would rather work to earn your second order than buy your first one.

When a customer comes back, it tells us that the range, service, pricing and shopping experience gave them a reason to return. That is the relationship we want to encourage and reward.
